A Wealth of Whiskies

American

Woodford Reserve Bourbon

Woodford Reserve is a brand of premium small batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by the Brown-Forman Corporation. It is distilled at the company’s Woodford Reserve Distillery, in central Kentucky.

Buffalo Trace Bourbon

This deep amber whiskey has a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Pleasantly sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise. This whiskey finishes long and smooth with serious depth.

Jack Daniels Tennessee Sour Mash

The US whiskey with a cult like status! They charcoal mellow the whiskey drop by drop, then let it age in their own hand crafted barrels.

Canadian

Canadian Club

A giant of Canadian whisky since 1858, it’s aged longer than the 3 years required by law in oak barrels before bottling for the smoothest possible flavour. Spicy and zesty, complimented with hints of rich oak and sweet vanilla. Whilst its finish is clean, dry and lingering with subtle oak.

Scotch

Auchentoshan American Oak Single Malt (Lowland)

Matured exclusively in first-fill bourbon casks, this is a vanilla-rich and fruity whisky.

Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Year Old Single Malt (Speyside)

A 12 year old single malt which gains its distinctive character from being matured in two wood types. Over the period of maturation it is transferred from a traditional oak whisky cask to a first fill European oak sherry cask. Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting single malt ~ the traditional casks soften and add character, whilst the sherry wood brings depth and fullness of flavour.

Laphroaig 10 Year Old Single Malt (Island)

In making Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from this peat, found only on Islay, gives Laphroaig its particularly rich flavour. Those enjoying the 10 Year Old will first notice the bold, smoky taste, followed by a hint of seaweed and a surprising sweetness.

Jura Superstition Single Malt (Island)

Hints of honey and pine, as the balance of peated and unpeated spirits is matured to perfection in ex-Bourbon casks. The finest young and aged (up to 21 years) whiskies go into this mysterious bottle, so there’s a different flavour to explore with every drop

Jura Origin 10 Year Old Single Malt (Island)

Aged in ex-Bourbon casks for 10 years with tastes of oak, with hints of honey, caramel and soft liquorice.

Glenmorangie Original 10 Year Old Single Malt (Highland)

The ‘original’ sets a high standard for Highland whisky, and keeps going from strength to strength. Medium-bodied and gently warming, with pleasant spicy notes.

Glenkinchie 10 Year Old Single Malt (Lowland)

Glenkinchie lies, as the name might suggest, in a glen of the Kinchie Burn near the village of Pencaitland, East Lothian. It is fresh and light in character, with notes of lemon and cut grass. It has a sweet nose and a hint of peat.

Smokehead Single Malt (Island)

Smokehead is a rich, seaweedy and intensely peaty whisky from Islay. The flavour is fresh, fruity and immense, with notes of sherry, iodine, toffee, smoke and sea salt all fighting for recognition.

Johnny Walker Black Label

Created using only whiskies aged for a minimum of 12 years from the four corners of Scotland, Johnnie Walker Black Label has an unmistakably smooth, deep, complex character.

Irish

Paddy Irish Whiskey

Paddy Whiskey is distilled three times from the finest quality barley and water. This ensures a whiskey, which is particularly light, well balanced and pure.
