Woodford Reserve Bourbon – Woodford Reserve is a brand of premium small batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by the Brown-Forman Corporation. It is distilled at the company’s Woodford Reserve Distillery, in central Kentucky.
Buffalo Trace Bourbon – This deep amber whiskey has a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Pleasantly sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise. This whiskey finishes long and smooth with serious depth.
Jack Daniels Tennessee Sour Mash – The US whiskey with a cult like status! They charcoal mellow the whiskey drop by drop, then let it age in their own hand crafted barrels.
Canadian Club – A giant of Canadian whisky since 1858, it’s aged longer than the 3 years required by law in oak barrels before bottling for the smoothest possible flavour. Spicy and zesty, complimented with hints of rich oak and sweet vanilla. Whilst its finish is clean, dry and lingering with subtle oak.
Caol Ila 12 Year Old – Islay – A medium weight whisky, but still packing plenty of potent phenols, this is a refined, powerful dram with a compensating oiliness. A balanced, peaty beauty.
Glenkinchie 12 Year Old – Lowland – Replacing the 10 year-old as the main expression of the Lowland style in the Classic Malts range, this Glenkinchie 12yo is a bit fuller and more complex.
Bowmore No1 – Islay – matured in first fill Bourbon casks, with vanilla sweetness, cinnamon spice and oak smoke to beautifully complement the mouth-watering citrus, honeycomb and coconut flakes, culminating in a peat smoked, bourbon vanilla and lime finish.
Aberlour 10 Year Old – Speyside – Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, this 10 year old from Aberlour remains a perennial favourite, typical of the modern Speyside style and thoroughly approachable.
Cardhu Gold Reserve – Speyside – Created using hand-picked toasted oak casks, Cardhu Gold Reserve offers something different to the classic 12 year old with a fruitier nose and a dry, warming palate. An easy drinking, sweeter single malt with notes of toffee apple.
Johnny Walker Black Label – Created using only whiskies aged for a minimum of 12 years from the four corners of Scotland, Johnnie Walker Black Label has an unmistakably smooth, deep, complex character.
Paddy Irish Whiskey – Paddy Whiskey is distilled three times from the finest quality barley and water. This ensures a whiskey, which is particularly light, well balanced and pure.
